Step1 |
Cut the chicken thigh and breast into bite-size pieces. Remove tendons from the chicken tenders and cut into long, thin, diagonal strips.Cut the hakusai into chunks, and cut the green onion into diagonal. Cut the hakusai into chunks, and cut the green onion into diagonal. Cut the carrot into thin slices with peeler, remove the stems from shiitake mushrooms and cut the caps into half. Drain water and squeeze out excess moisture from reconstituted dried wakame, and chop coarsely. |
