Awa-odori Chicken Gizzard with Herb and New Potatoes Stir Fry
Add the crunchy texture gizzards with the seasonal aroma of new potatoes and bamboo shoots and with wine tonight.

medium asparagus | 2 |
bamboo shoot boiled plain | 60g |

olive oil | 60g |
large garlic (chopped) | 2 piece |
white wine | 1 Tbsp |
Recipe / How to make | |
---|---|
Step1 | Remove a white streaks from gizzard and cut them into two, score the each gizzard in about 5mm. |
Step2 | Wash the new potatoes in water and remove dirt and buds, then cut it into about 4 equal parts, and pork it several places with a fork to makes it easier for heat. |
Step3 | Put new potatoes of Step② on baking dish and sprinkle a splash of water (out of an amount) on and rap it, and cook with microwave until it gets soft. |
Step4 | Cut the bamboo shoot boiled plain into bite size pieces and cut the boiled asparagus in about 3cm. |
Step5 | Put the gizzard, new potatoes, boiled bamboo shoot, salt and pepper, and harb into a bowl, and mix them well. |
Step6 | Heat olive oil and garlic in a frying pan on low heat, when you smell the garlic, set to medium heat and stir-fry step ⑤. |
Step7 | When the gizzard are cooked up, add salt (out of amount) and pour the white wine, add asparagus and tomato, and heat gently. |
Step8 | Add toasted bucket(out of amount) as you like, then and it's done. |
