Tossed Awa-Odori Chicken Tender with Wasabi
Tossed Awa-Odori chicken with cucumber and wakame seaweed is refreshing and delicious to eat especially on a hot summer days.

Step1 |
Remove the tendon from chicken tender. Boil the 2 cups of water(out of amount) in a pan. Turn off the heat and put the chicken into the pan immediately. Flip the chicken and put the lid on the pan, leave for about 10 minutes. Tear the chicken into shred once through the heat. |
Step2 |
Slice the cucumbers into thinly and shake the salt. When the cucumbers became soft, drain and squeeze out water with kitchen paper. Drain water and squeeze out excess moisture from reconstituted dried wakame, and chop coarsely. Cut the ginger into thin strips. |
Step3 |
Place the Step1,Step2, vinegar, salt and wasabi in a bowl and toss. |
