Tossed Awa-Odori Chicken Tender with Wasabi

Tossed Awa-Odori chicken with cucumber and wakame seaweed is refreshing and delicious to eat especially on a hot summer days.

Material 2people
Awa-Odori Chicken tender 120g
cucumber 2
salt 1/3 Tsp
dried wakame seaweed 2g
fresh ginger 10g
vinegar 1 Tbsp
salt proper amount
wasabi proper amount
Recipe / How to make
Step1 Remove the tendon from chicken tender. Boil the 2 cups of water(out of amount) in a pan.
Turn off the heat and put the chicken into the pan immediately.
Flip the chicken and put the lid on the pan, leave for about 10 minutes.
Tear the chicken into shred once through the heat.
Step2 Slice the cucumbers into thinly and shake the salt. When the cucumbers became soft, drain and squeeze out water with kitchen paper.
Drain water and squeeze out excess moisture from reconstituted dried wakame, and chop coarsely.
Cut the ginger into thin strips.
Step3 Place the Step1,Step2, vinegar, salt and wasabi in a bowl and toss.
