Step1 |
Fix the chicken breast in the same thickness by cutting slits and opening up the thick parts. Marinate chicken with soy sauce and sake. Slice the red onion and put it in water. Cut off the roots of radish sprouts. |
Step2 | Mix all the ingredients for flavor sauce and bring it to a boil. |

Put the marinated chicken Step1 in the slightly beaten egg, and then put it in Step3. Deep-fry it for 4 to 5 minutes in oil at 170 ℃ and take it out. Raise the oil temperature and deep-fry it again for 1 minute. Take it out and drain excess oil. |

Spread the dried red onion slices and radish sprouts on the plate. Cut the chicken Step4 into a preferred size to eat and place it on top then pour the sauce Step2 on it. |
