Recipe / How to make | |

Step1 |
Pare the fat and tendon from the chicken thigh.

Step2 |
Season the both side of chicken with salt and white pepper.

Step3 |
Heat non oil in a frying pan on medium heat. Place the fillets skin side down on the pan, put a weight such as flat plate and cook for 3 – 4 minutes until the skin is browned.

Step4 |
Take the plate from a pan, turn over and cook until the skin is browned on low heat. |
Step5 |
Remove excess oil on the pan with paper towle.

Step6 |
Turn off the heat and leave for another 5 minutes until the chicken is cooked.
