roasted sesame | 1 tbsp |

grated garlic | 5g |
salt | 2/3 tsp |
Recipe / How to make | |

Step1 |
Put the chicken breast and the green part of Japanese leeks in a pot with just enough water to cover up the chicken. Cook in low heat for 3 minutes then put a lid on and let it rest for 20 minutes. |
Step2 | Slice the green onion diagonally. Heat a little sesame oil (not included in the ingredient) in a frying pan and stir fry until tender. Take them out into a bowl. |
Step3 |
Shred the boiled chicken Step1 into wide strips and mix with Step2. Stir in <sauce> and crumbled laver seaweed. Sprinkle roasted sesame and serve. |
