Chicken with extra leeks dressed with laver seaweed

Awaodori chicken breast 150g
japanese leek 2
laver seaweed 1 sheet
roasted sesame 1 tbsp
sesame oil 1 and 1/2 tbsp
vinegar 1 tbsp
grated garlic 5g
salt 2/3 tsp
Recipe / How to make
Step1 Put the chicken breast and the green part of Japanese leeks in a pot with just enough water to cover up the chicken.
Cook in low heat for 3 minutes then put a lid on and let it rest for 20 minutes.
Step2 Slice the green onion diagonally. Heat a little sesame oil (not included in the ingredient) in a frying pan and stir fry until tender. Take them out into a bowl.
Step3 Shred the boiled chicken Step1 into wide strips and mix with Step2.
Stir in <sauce> and crumbled laver seaweed. Sprinkle roasted sesame and serve.
