Gochujang(red pepper paste) or Yakiniku BBQ sauce | 3 Tbsp |
cooking sake | 2 Tbsp |
mirin rice wine | 2 Tbsp |
dark soy sauce | 2 Tbsp |
grated garlic | 1 clove |
grated ginger | 15g |
sugar | 2 Tbsp |
ketchup | 1 Tbsp |
Recipe / How to make | |

Step1 | Combine the all ingredients of sauce in a bowl well. |
Step2 | Cut the chicken thigh into bite-size pieces, and put into the bowl(from step 1), toss in sauce and soak for 30 minutes. |
Step3 | While the chicken is soaking, cut the green onion into diagonal, eryngii mushrooms into bite-size pieces and onion into wedges. |
Step4 |
Heat the sesame oil in a hot plate, put the vegetables and fly until tender. |
Step5 |
Add the drained chicken into the hot plate, fly with the vegetables and mix . ※Keep the sauce for step7. |
Step6 |
Put the lid of hot plate once, mixed the chicken and vegetables, bake for about 5 minutes. (While baking,stir them several times) |
Step7 |
Add the sauce(from step 5) into the hot plate once almost through the chicken and vegetables, stew without using the lid. |
Step8 | Make a long narrow space in the center of the griddle, and place the cheese into it once through the chicken and vegetables. |
Step9 |
Cover once again and cook until the cheese melt. |
Step10 | Drizzle in a little sesame oil for add flavor. |
