Roasted Awa-Odori Chicken

Gorgeous roasted chicken wings contain plenty of collagen.
Roast in oven to make the chicken becomes crisp and tastes of vegetables are condensed.

Material 2-3people
Awa-Odori Chicken wings 8 pieces
potato 150g
sweet potato 80g
carrot 50g
shiitake mushrooms 2 pieces
Salt 1%of all upon ingredients wights
coarsely ground black pepper 0.5 Tsp
dried basil 1g
olive oil 30g
Recipe / How to make
Step1 Slice into between two bones of underside of wings that makes it easier for heat.
Step2 Cut the potato, sweet potato and carrot into bite-size pieces.
Step3 Remove the stems from shiitake mushrooms and cut the caps into half. Preheat oven to 200℃.
Step4 Put all the ingredients(Step1 to 3) into a large bowl, add the salt, black pepper, basil and olive oil and mix in well.
Step5 Grease the insides of fireproof dish with olive oil(out of amount), and spread Step4 evenly in the dish.
Step6 Roast in preheated oven until all the ingredients have been roasted, take out from the oven and enjoy.
