Roasted Awa-Odori Chicken
Gorgeous roasted chicken wings contain plenty of collagen.
Roast in oven to make the chicken becomes crisp and tastes of vegetables are condensed.

sweet potato | 80g |
carrot | 50g |
shiitake mushrooms | 2 pieces |
Salt | 1%of all upon ingredients wights |
coarsely ground black pepper | 0.5 Tsp |
dried basil | 1g |
olive oil | 30g |
Recipe / How to make | |

Step1 | Slice into between two bones of underside of wings that makes it easier for heat. |
Step2 | Cut the potato, sweet potato and carrot into bite-size pieces. |
Step3 | Remove the stems from shiitake mushrooms and cut the caps into half. Preheat oven to 200℃. |
Step4 |
Put all the ingredients(Step1 to 3) into a large bowl, add the salt, black pepper, basil and olive oil and mix in well. |
Step5 |
Grease the insides of fireproof dish with olive oil(out of amount), and spread Step4 evenly in the dish. |
Step6 |
Roast in preheated oven until all the ingredients have been roasted, take out from the oven and enjoy.
