Fried Awa-Odori Chicken Tender with Honey Mustard Sauce

Delicious honey mustard with a lightly taste chicken tender is a best combination for a great family dish.

Material 4people
Awa-odori chicken tenders 8 pieces
salt 1% of meat weight
white pepper proper amount
whole-grain mustard 1Tbsp
basil, rosemary, any cooking herbs proper amount
honey 2 Tbsp
white wine 2 Tbsp
olive oil proper amount
Recipe / How to make
Step1 Remove tendons from the chicken tenders.
Combine the chicken, salt, white pepper, whole-grain mustard, herbs and honey into a bowl, and rub until well combined, leave them for 10 minutes.

Remove the tendon from the chicken tenders makes meats become softer when cooked.

Step2 Put a olive oil(out of amount) into a frying pan and add Step 1 on heat.

Adjust the heat to avoid burning, the honey burn easily.

Step3 After cooked, Removed chicken to a plate , and add the white wine into same pan on heat.

By uses the gravy from cooked chicken, It becomes the delicious sauce.

Step4 Place the chicken on serving dish. Pour the sauce on top and enjoy.
