squid | 50g |
shrimps | 4-6 |
minced garlic | 1/2 |
minced onion | 1/4 |
paprika (red/yellow) | 1/8 each |
white wine | 50cc |
white pepper | proper amount |
olive oil | proper amount |
rice | 200g |
saffron(type of put in water) | 0.1g |
lukewarm water | 350cc |
canned diced tomatoes | 35g |
salt | 1/2 Tsp |

Recipe / How to make | |

Step1 |
Put clam in salt water to cleaning and sand out from the previous day as far as possible, and washing it well. Cut the chicken thigh into bite-size pieces. Cut the squid into bite-size pieces or form of ring. Cut the shrimp of foot with shell. Dissolve the saffron in the lukewarm water. Remove seeds and calyx from paprika, and chop it into 1cm cubes. |
Step2 | Heat up a hot plate with a olive oil on medium high(about 170℃), Add garlic, onion and cook over. Add chicken thigh,squid,shrimp,paprika and clam into hot plate and fry them. Once all materials have been cooked, add white wine and boil. Sprinkle white pepper and put them on a plate once. |
Step3 |
Remove burnt of hot plate with kitchen paper, add olive oil on hot plate and fry rice with it. Saute the rice until it becomes translucent(olive oil absorb into rice), then, add canned diced tomatoes and fry them more. Put Step2 materials (except shrimp and clam) back into the hot plate, add salt, saffron water (include saffron), and simmer them on high heat until boiled. |
Step4 |
Turn to low heat (about 130-140℃) and cook with the lid in about 20 to 30 minutes until rice is well cooked. ※ Be careful the heat level because bottom of hot plate is easy to get burnt. |

Garnish shrimp,clam and toppings as you like, enjoy your meal! Please adjust the heating time and temperature when you cook because the temperature ranges are different depending on the manufacturer and model. |
