Awa-Odori Chicken Liver Stew

Chicken liver has abundance of vitamin and iron.
Stewed with ginger soup to make the liver becomes tender and moist tastes.

Awa-Odori chicken livers 250g〜300g
ginger - thinly slice 1 piece
●dark soy sauce 2 Tbsp
●sugar 2 Tbsp
●cooking sake 2 Tbsp
●mirin rice wine 1 Tbsp
Recipe / How to make
Step1 <Preparation>
Wash chicken liver with water, remove any remaining fat or bloody parts from the liver, cut it into bite-size and blanch it with boiling water.
Step2 Put the liver, ginger and seasoning of ● into small pot, simmer them on high heat being careful not to scorch it.
Step3 Remove the scum when it is boiling. And simmer them in 3 to 4 minutes on medium heat.
Step4 Stew until cooked and your taste on high heat.
