●dark soy sauce | 2 Tbsp |
●sugar | 2 Tbsp |
●cooking sake | 2 Tbsp |

Step1 |
<Preparation> Wash chicken liver with water, remove any remaining fat or bloody parts from the liver, cut it into bite-size and blanch it with boiling water. |
Step2 | Put the liver, ginger and seasoning of ● into small pot, simmer them on high heat being careful not to scorch it. |
Step3 | Remove the scum when it is boiling. And simmer them in 3 to 4 minutes on medium heat. |
Step4 | Stew until cooked and your taste on high heat. |
