dark soy sauce | 1 and ½ Tbsp |
noodle soup base (Double concentrated) | 1 and ½ Tbsp |
sugar | 1 and ½ Tbsp |
mirin rice wine | 1 and ½Tbsp |
cooking sake | 2 Tbsp |
potato starch | 1 Tsp |
Recipe / How to make | |

Step1 | Mix all seasoning of sauce in a bowl. |
Step2 | Cut the chicken thigh into bite-size pieces, cut the green onion into 3cm. |
Step3 |
Heat frying pan and put vegetable oil into it, Add the chicken thigh and green onions (from step2), put the lid and heat for a while until cooked. |
Step4 | Turn the chicken over, take off lid when the chicken skin is browned. |
Step5 | Wipe off excess oil and water in the pan(Step 4) with kitchen paper. |
Step6 | Add mixed sauce of Step 1 into the pan, continue to stir with spatula until the sauce starts to thicken, and turn off the heat. |
