Yakitori Grilled Awa-Odoori Chicken (without skewers)

This Yakitori grilled style dish are made with full of flavors and tender taste of “locally produced poultry Awa-odori chicken thigh”.
You can enjoy this tasty morsels and easy cook main dish with frying pan!

Material 2people
Awa-Odori chicken thigh 350g
long green onion 1
vegetable oil proper amount
dark soy sauce 1 and ½ Tbsp
noodle soup base (Double concentrated) 1 and ½ Tbsp
sugar 1 and ½ Tbsp
mirin rice wine 1 and ½Tbsp
cooking sake 2 Tbsp
potato starch 1 Tsp
Recipe / How to make
Step1 Mix all seasoning of sauce in a bowl.
Step2 Cut the chicken thigh into bite-size pieces, cut the green onion into 3cm.
Step3 Heat frying pan and put vegetable oil into it, Add the chicken thigh and green onions (from step2), put the lid and heat for a while until cooked.
Step4 Turn the chicken over, take off lid when the chicken skin is browned.
Step5 Wipe off excess oil and water in the pan(Step 4) with kitchen paper.
Step6 Add mixed sauce of Step 1 into the pan, continue to stir with spatula until the sauce starts to thicken, and turn off the heat.
