minced garlic | 1 clove |
olive oil | 20cc |
minced onion | 100g |
white wine | 40cc |
canned whole tomato (crush lightly) | 400g |
dried basil | 1 Tsp |
eggplants (Fried) | 2 |

salt | 2 Tsp |
pinch of powder white pepper | |

Recipe / How to make | |

Step1 | Cut the chicken thigh into bite-size pieces. |
Step2 |
Mince the garlic and onion, squeeze canned whole tomamo lightly. Cut the eggplant into bite-size pieces, and su-age deep-fry (what is deep-fry without coat) them. |
Step3 | Put olive oil and garlic in a pan and heat them on low heat until garlic aroma comes out. Add onion, then, chicken and stir them. |
Step4 |
Add the white wine and put a lid, roast them in about 2 to 3 minutes. |
Step5 | Remove the chicken from th pan once, put the whole tomao in the pan and heat until boiled lightly, add the seasoning and taste them. |
Step6 | Put the chicken back in the pan when tomato sause is still little right state, and simmer them. |
