dashi soy sauce | 1 Tbsp |
Capellini pasta(or very thin pasta) | 80g |
green shiso leaf | 1 |
Recipe / How to make | |

Step1 |
Strip the thin skins of chicken tender, and sprinkle salt, pepper and cooking sake, and cook with microwave. |
Step2 | When the chicken enough cooked, Let cool it down, and shred the chicken into bite-size pieces. |
Step3 |
Put the olive oil and garlic into a pan and heat them until garlic aroma comes out. |
Step4 | Cut tomato and eggplant into bite-size pieces , put them in the pan. Sprinkle the salt, pepper and add the dashi soy sauce to taste. |
Step5 | Place the sauce into a bowl, put it in the fridge when cool it down. |
Step6 |
Boil the pasta with boiling water, after cooked, cool it with cold water and drain, mix in olive oil. |
Step7 | Take the sauce from the fridge, toss the chicken in the sauce, and mix with the pasta. |
Step8 | To dish up on a plate, sprinkle green shiso leave on top. |
