Awa-Odori Chicken Tender Cold Pasta

Awa-odori chicken tender 1
pinch of salt to taste
pinch of powder white pepper to taste
cooking sake to taste
<Sauce>
olive oil 1 Tbsp
garlic 1 clove
tomato 1
eggplant 1
pinch of salt
pinch of powder white pepper
dashi soy sauce 1 Tbsp
Capellini pasta(or very thin pasta) 80g
green shiso leaf 1
Recipe / How to make
Step1 Strip the thin skins of chicken tender, and sprinkle salt, pepper and cooking sake, and cook with microwave.
Step2 When the chicken enough cooked, Let cool it down, and shred the chicken into bite-size pieces.
Step3 Put the olive oil and garlic into a pan and heat them until garlic aroma comes out.
Step4 Cut tomato and eggplant into bite-size pieces , put them in the pan. Sprinkle the salt, pepper and add the dashi soy sauce to taste.
Step5 Place the sauce into a bowl, put it in the fridge when cool it down.
Step6 Boil the pasta with boiling water, after cooked, cool it with cold water and drain, mix in olive oil.
Step7 Take the sauce from the fridge, toss the chicken in the sauce, and mix with the pasta.
Step8 To dish up on a plate, sprinkle green shiso leave on top.
