Grilled Awa-Odori Chicken and Vegetables

Easy and hearty side dish with chicken and leftovers vegetables in the fridge.
Delicious party meal with hot plate.

Material 3-4people
Awa-Odori chicken thigh 200g
potato 1
onion 1
eggplant 1
tomatoes 2
shredded cheese 1 pack
Recipe / How to make
Step1 Cut vegetables in round slices in 5 mm.
Step2 Cut Awa-odori chicken thigh for easy to eat size.
Step3 Put Awa-odori chicken thigh in frying pan and put vegetables on Awa-Odori chicken thigh.
Sprinkle salt and pepper on vegetables.
Step4 Repeat Step3 over two times, cover the lid on and sprinkle cheese on them.
Step5 Simmer them on midium heat in 15 minutes.
Step6 Time to eat it when they is cooked through.

※ you can choose vegetable as you like, but please choose juicy vegetables like a tomato to simmer with vegetable's moisture
※ You can cook it also with hot plate
