Step1 |
Put olive oil and minced garlic in a pan, and heat them. Add wedges cut onions, chopped eggplants, zucchini, whole tomatoes and simmer them. |
Step2 |
Add chicken when the vegetables becomes soft, simmer them until chicken cooked. Season with salt and pepper. |
