Japanese radish 1/4
★vinegar 1/4 cup
★soy sauce 1/4 cup
★mirin rice wine 1/4 cup
★sugar 1 Tbsp
Recipe / How to make
Step1 Cut Japanese radish into thin half moon shapes and boil it beforehand.
Step2 Shell boiled eggs.
Step3 Put ★ to a pot and add Step1,Step2 and chicken drumsticks. Take a piece of aluminum foil to make a lid and cover them, and simmer on medium heat to low heat in 15 minutes.
