medium carrot | 1 |
medium onion | 1 |
water | 4 cups |
chicken bouillon cube | 1(about 5g) |
pinch of salt and pepper | |
pinch of chopped parsley |
Recipe / How to make | |

Step1 |
Peel vegetables and cut them in large portions. |
Step2 |
Place the vegetables of Step1, water and chicken bouillon in a pot, then cover and simmer in 15 minutes. |
Step3 |
Add chicken in Step2, and simmer them 7 minutes more. Once chicken is fully cooked, season salt and pepper, sprinkle chopped parsley and ready. |
