Healthy! Easy Pot-au-feu

Best meal to be warmed from deep inside of the body on chilly days.

Material 2people
chicken - cut in cubes 200g
medium potato 1
medium carrot 1
medium onion 1
water 4 cups
chicken bouillon cube 1(about 5g)
pinch of salt and pepper
pinch of chopped parsley
Recipe / How to make
Step1 Peel vegetables and cut them in large portions.
Step2 Place the vegetables of Step1, water and chicken bouillon in a pot, then cover and simmer in 15 minutes.
Step3 Add chicken in Step2, and simmer them 7 minutes more.
Once chicken is fully cooked, season salt and pepper, sprinkle chopped parsley and ready.
