Crumbly Mille-feuille Deep-Fried Skewers

Chicken breast usually has images of hard and very dry, but they will become soft depend on preparation method.

Material 2people
Awa-odori chicken breast 500g

Tbsp olive oil 3
proper amount of flour (for sprinkle flour)
★flour 80g
★water 100g
★egg 1
☆bread crumbs with fine 130g
☆grated cheese 30g
☆mixed harb 1 Tsp
proper amount of fried oil
proper amount of commercially available tomato sauce, etc.
Recipe / How to make
Step1 Peel the skin from chicken breast, cut it into three equal parts and wrap it in plastic wrap, freeze them just enough to freeze the surface.
