★large garlic (grated) | 1 |

★cooking sake | 3 Tbsp |
★chili pepper (AS YOU LIKE) | 1 Tsp |
★white pepper | 1/4 Tsp |
proper amount of potato starch | |
proper amount of fried oil |

Step1 | Make Awa-odori chicken wings Tulips from chicken wings. |
Step2 |
Put ★ of the seasonings in a bowl and mix well, and rub them with Step① of chicken wings.

Step3 | Wrap on Step② in plastic wrap and marinate them in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes. |
Step4 | Coat the potato starch on the surface of the chicken wings and deep-fry them with 165°C oil for about 5 to 6 minutes. |
Step5 | When the chicken cooked enough, drain the oil well and it's done. |
