Awa-odori Chicken Wings Aqua Pazza Style with Seasonal Vegetables…

Arranged aquapazza style dish used chicken wings instead of seafood. The taste of the ingredients is dissolved in the soup.
Great for hospitality dishe with the seasonal and colorful vegetables.

Material 2people
Awa-odori chicken drumstick 500g
salt 1 1/2 Tsp
olive oil 1 1/2 Tbsp
new burdock 1/2
medium asparagus 2
cherry tomatoes 6
bamboo shoot boiled plain 100g
★water 200ml
★white wine (if you do not have, add water) 100ml
★large garlic (slice) about 2 piece
★olive oil 1 1/2 Tbsp
★capers 15g
proper amount of salt
proper amount of parsley(Chopped)
lime and sudachi (as you like)
Recipe / How to make
Step1 Insert a knife in two place of the chicken drumstick along the bone and cut open it, season with salt
Step2 Boil the burdock and the asparagus, cut them into bite-size pieces with the bamboo shoot boiled plain.
Step3 Put olive oil into fry-pan and heat it on midium heat, bake the wings untill both sides are browned. (Wipe off the oil that comes out at this time)
Step4 Add the vegetables except the asparagus into step③ and stir-fry them until everything is coated with oil in the pan , add ★ and Simmer them on high heat.
Step5 Stir them while broth for cook with a spoon etc.,
Step6 Add the asparagus when the broth become soft and moist, and if it is tasteless, season with salt.
Step7 Place them on dish and sprinkle with parsley, serve with toasted baguettes etc (out of amount) as you like and it's done (squeeze lime or sudachi as you like)
