Easy Foil-Braised Chicken
Chicken breast usually become very dry when cooked, but they can be soft and juicy with the power of radish enzymes.
Add Ponzu sauce on hot foil-braised chicken and enjoy.

Japanese radish | 200g |
proper amount of Ponzu sauce (citrus seasoned soy sauce). |
Recipe / How to make | |

Step1 | Remove skin from the chicken breast and cut them into long, thin, diagonal strips, then season salt and pepper. |
Step2 | Peel the Japanse radish with a peeler. |
Step3 | Spread the aluminum foil and put the half amount of radish in the middle, line the chicken breast on the radish and put the rest of the radish on top. |
Step4 | Wrap the aluminum foil softly and close it, and put it in a frying-pan. |
Step5 | Add about 1/2 cup of water (out of amount) and heat on mediun low heat and cover with a lid, braise them. |
Step6 | When steam comes out from the frying-pan, turn heat lower and heat for 7-8 minutes, when the chicken are cooked, it's done. Enjoy to eat with ponzu sauce. |
