Recipe / How to make | |

Step1 | Score the chicken thigh tightly, rub with salt, pepper and cooking sake. Tear the green part of Japanse leek into appropriately sized pieces and rub it as well, and leave it for about 10 minutes. |
Step2 | Put step ① of chicken thigh on the baking dish and wrap them with plastic wrap. Cook them in a 600w of microwave oven for about 3 minutes, until the chicken cooked about 80%.(And leave it until cools down.) |
Step3 | Mix ★ seasoning and chopped Japanese leek to make sauce until while let chicken cool |
Step4 | Coat evenly step② of chicken thigh with potato starch, heat oil in frying-pan on medium heat, and then atir-fry from skin side crispy and other side as well. |
Step5 | Serve with shredded cabbage in the plate and dish the chicken cut into bite-sized on it. |
Step6 | Pour the sauce over it and it's done. |
