Step1 | Cut the chicken thighs into 1.5 cm sized dices, season with salt. |
Step2 | Cut onions into slices. |
Step3 | Heat the pan, pour oil and cook Step2 until it gets tender, then add Step1. |
Step4 |
Stir fry until the surface gets cooked and turns brown. Pour in the demi-glace sauce and braise, cooking off the excess liquid. When chicken is completely cooked, pour slightly beaten eggs and cook just enough to get a fluffy texture. Serve rice in a bowl with the omelet on the top. |
